Outbound fails on the list far more often than on the copy.

Frequently asked questions
What is GTM-as-a-Service and how is it different from a lead list?
A lead list is raw data. GTM-as-a-Service is an operational demand program. We define who you should be selling to, build and enrich the account data, write the outreach, configure and launch the sequences across one or more channels, handle replies, and deliver booked meetings. The difference is between buying ingredients and receiving a prepared meal, one requires internal capacity to execute, the other does not.
What cold reply rate and meeting volume can we realistically expect?
At the Multi-Channel tier we target cold reply rates of 4–8% and 10–30 booked meetings per month. These are performance targets based on results we have seen across comparable programs, not contractual guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on your market, offer positioning, and how well the ICP is defined. We track results weekly and adjust sequencing, messaging, and targeting when performance falls below target.
Why do you use Apollo and Clay specifically?
Apollo provides access to a large, regularly updated B2B contact database with strong firmographic and technographic filtering. Clay layers enrichment workflows on top, pulling additional data signals from multiple sources, running waterfall enrichment, and enabling personalization at scale without manual research. Together they produce cleaner data and higher deliverability than single-source list building. Where a client has existing tools that serve the same function, we evaluate the stack on merit.
What is required from our side to get started?
The primary inputs are an onboarding session to map your offer, your existing sales intelligence, and any domain infrastructure needed for email sending. We handle ICP research, list building, copy, sequence configuration, and launch. You review and approve the ICP document and sequence copy before anything goes live. After launch, your involvement is reviewing the weekly report and joining a strategy call if you are on Full-Stack.
Can this replace our SDR team or does it run alongside them?
That depends on your current headcount and stage. For SMBs with no SDR function, GTM-as-a-Service provides the full outbound motion without the hiring cost or ramp time. For businesses with an existing SDR team, it can augment capacity, handling top-of-funnel prospecting and initial outreach so your SDRs focus on qualified conversations. Multi-Channel and Full-Stack both include the operational infrastructure to support either model.
How do you handle deliverability and compliance?
Before sequences launch, we configure domain warming, DKIM, DMARC, and SPF records to protect sender reputation. SMS sequences are built on compliant opt-out and consent frameworks. AI voice via Vapi is deployed within applicable outreach regulations. Deliverability is monitored actively, bounce rates and spam signals are checked weekly and we rotate domains or adjust volume if degradation is detected.

A number in your own area code
We provision US numbers that match the area code your customers already recognize, and we handle A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration so your text messages reach the phone instead of a carrier filter.
The rules that apply here
TCPA quiet hours, consent capture and one-touch opt-out are written into every outbound sequence. Medical and dental builds stay inside HIPAA-conscious handling, with nothing clinical stored in the voice layer.
