A build nobody watches is a build that fails quietly.
Usually on a Friday, and usually discovered by a customer.

Frequently asked questions
When does monitoring begin — before or after the build is live?
Monitoring is set up as part of the handoff process at the end of every build engagement. The moment a workflow goes into production, the monitoring layer is active. Every client is offered a managed tier at that point; the default entry tier is Care.
What is covered by 'incident response'?
Incident response means we investigate the root cause, apply the fix, verify the workflow is executing correctly again, and send you a brief summary of what happened and what was done. It is not a notification service — it is active resolution.
What is the difference between Care and Optimise?
Care keeps your systems running as built. Optimise adds a monthly pass where we look at live performance data — conversion rates, drop-off points, copy performance — and make targeted improvements. If your automations touch revenue directly, Optimise is the more appropriate tier.
How does the 4-hour SLA in Partner work?
For Partner clients, we commit to beginning active investigation on any reported or detected incident within 4 hours, including outside standard business hours. This is appropriate for clients where an automation failure has an immediate impact on lead flow or revenue operations.
Can I upgrade my tier after the initial handoff?
Yes. Clients move between tiers as their needs change. The most common pattern is starting on Care and upgrading to Optimise once the build is stable and they want to compound the performance gains.
Is monitoring available for systems not built by UNITZERO?
In most cases, yes. If your existing automations are built on platforms we work with — Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and others — we can scope a monitoring and managed-care engagement. Book a strategy call and we will assess what is possible.
