The only output that counts: meetings on the calendar.
Inbound and outbound flows that qualify the lead, route it to the right person, and put it in the diary, with a Slack alert on the way and a recovery sequence for the ones who don't show.

Frequently asked questions
What makes this different from just setting up a Calendly link?
A Calendly link books anyone who clicks it. The Booking Engine adds a qualification layer in front of that link, screening contacts against your defined criteria before they reach the calendar. Unqualified leads are filtered out or redirected. Qualified leads are routed to the right rep or slot, reminded automatically, and if they no-show, re-engaged without any manual effort. The result is a calendar full of leads worth speaking to, not a list of missed calls from contacts who were never a fit.
Which platforms does this work with?
The standard build uses GoHighLevel or Calendly for calendar routing, n8n for automation logic, Slack for real-time alerts, and Airtable for the command-center dashboard. Where a client has existing tools that overlap, such as HubSpot meetings or a different workflow automation platform, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis. The priority is a working system, not a specific tool stack.
How does the no-show recovery sequence work?
When a booked meeting is not attended, the system detects the no-show, either via a GoHighLevel trigger or a calendar webhook, and fires a pre-built recovery sequence. This typically includes an SMS or email acknowledging the missed meeting and offering a direct rebooking link. The sequence runs on a defined cadence for two to three days and pauses automatically once the prospect rebooks or responds. Your rep does not need to chase manually.
What does the Airtable command-center dashboard show?
The dashboard, based on the Ideal Leads Dashboard reference build, surfaces qualified leads in a structured grid view with status, source, booking date, and screening score. Aggregate views show booking rate by source, no-show rate, and pipeline movement over time. A daily digest is generated from this data and delivered to Slack or email each morning. The dashboard is connected to live data via n8n, so it stays current without manual updates.
How is lead screening logic defined and configured?
Before the build starts, we run a scoping call to document your qualification criteria, typically factors such as geography, deal size, industry, job title, or specific answers to intake form questions. These criteria are encoded into the screening layer as conditional logic. Leads that meet the threshold pass through to calendar routing. Those that do not are either redirected to a nurture sequence or flagged for review. The logic can be updated after go-live as your criteria evolve.
Who is this built for?
Founders and sales teams who measure success by meetings on the calendar, not by leads in a spreadsheet. This is the practical output of every UNITZERO GTM build: qualified, confirmed bookings flowing into the rep's day without manual routing or follow-up. It fits businesses running outbound sequences, paid ad campaigns, or inbound content funnels, wherever a qualified lead exists but the path from lead to calendar slot still involves human effort.

We provision US numbers that match the area code your customers already recognize, and we handle A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration so your text messages reach the phone instead of a carrier filter.
The rules that apply here
TCPA quiet hours, consent capture and one-touch opt-out are written into every outbound sequence. Medical and dental builds stay inside HIPAA-conscious handling, with nothing clinical stored in the voice layer.
