Frequently asked questions

We already use Zapier. Why would we switch?

Zapier is a starting point, not a production automation stack. It lacks robust error handling, branch logic, conditional routing, and observability. When a Zap breaks, you often find out from a team member who noticed missing data — not from the system. We build on n8n, which gives you full visibility into every execution, real retry logic, and the ability to handle edge cases that Zapier simply skips. The "almost works" problem is a Zapier architecture problem, not a workflow logic problem.

What is your standard integration library?

Our standard library covers GHL, Twilio, Vapi, Calendly, Slack, Supabase, Google Sheets, Airtable, Apollo, Clay, Stripe, Shopify, Meta Ads, and OpenAI / Anthropic. If your stack includes something outside that list, we scope a custom connector as part of the build.

Do we need technical staff to maintain the workflows after you build them?

No. Every workflow ships with documentation that explains what it does, what it connects, and how to adjust the logic. On our larger engagements we run a structured training session. Most of our clients are operators, not developers — the systems are built to be operated and understood at that level.

How do you handle errors and failures?

Error handling is not optional — it is part of the build standard on every workflow. Each automation includes retry logic, failure branching, and Slack alerting so your team is notified immediately when something needs attention. We also include execution logs and run history so you can diagnose any issue at a glance.

Should we start with an Automation Audit or jump straight to a Workflow Pack?

If you already know exactly which workflows you need built, a Workflow Pack gets you into production faster. If you are unsure where to start, or if you want to prioritise by ROI before committing to a build scope, the Audit is the right first step. Many clients do the Audit first and then move directly into the pack that matches their backlog size.

What does a Custom Build cover that the packs do not?

The packs handle most standard automation — data sync, lead routing, notifications, handoffs between tools. A Custom Build is for fundamentally different problems: multi-sided dispatch engines, internal tools that replace manual processes requiring complex UI, marketplace orchestration, or anything that needs custom application logic rather than workflow glue.
